Development and Administration Seminar
Description: Badminton Europe on a bi-annual basis organises a Development and Administration Seminar. The purpose of the seminar is to present relevant information to the General Secretaries of all Member Associations. Member Associations are provided with a forum to network and communicate with colleagues from other nations. Guest speakers are invited to present relevant topics. The Council uses the opportunity to present latest developments, strategy and future of Badminton Europe to Member Associations.
Who is it for?: General Secretaries, Chief Executives and administrators of all Member Associations
Objectives:
· Make a relevant agenda that all Member Associations will be interested in
· Engage at least two outside speakers per seminar
· Have attendance of at least 75% of Member Associations
· Have at least 60 delegates registered to attend.
Activities: Badminton Europe held it's first Development and Administration Seminar in Istanbul, Turkey from 26 – 27 October 2007.
In 2009 the second Development and Administration Seminar was held in Medvode, Slovenia from 13 – 14 November 2009.
