Electric atmosphere within the hall

The 2013 BEC Summer School addition is the third one for the staff coach Robert Wetherell, England. His summary of the Day 3:
We all awoke to another beautiful day here in the scenic town of Vejen.  Everyone involved was feeling a bit fatigued from yesterdays events, however after a hearty breakfast all were raring to go for another action packed day.  The players started their morning session with a range of technical exercises from the rear court.  And the coaches participated in more coach education work based around variations of shuttle feeding exercises.

In the afternoon session the players were put through their paces with a series of 2 v 1 exercises which were delivered by the staff coaches.  Within this session the coaches had the opportunity to shadow the staff coaches to learn from observations and oncourt practice.  The atmosphere within the hall was electric with everyone working hard.

Throughout the course of the day the players had also been given the opportunity to do some swimming and stretching exercises to keep them feeling fresh and alert for the coming days.

The last session of the day was handed over to the coaches, where they had the opportunity to plan sessions and carry them out for the players. This was proven to be valuable time spent helping them to improve their overall knowledge.
